  • Jen Pasek

    Co-Founder

    Jen brings a wealth of experience in assessments and data management to lead school data strategy. Jen draws from experience as a Special Education teacher, a technology coordinator at a BOCES, and over a decade of managing accountability reporting for charter schools. In addition, Jen has worked in the private sector as a systems analyst at Accenture for custom software implementations. Jen has dual Masters degrees—a Masters in Education from SUNY New Paltz and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from The University at Albany.

  • Nora Clancy

    Co-Founder

    With over a decade of experience in education, Nora supports boards and school leaders with planning, governance, and long-term sustainability. Nora began her career in education at Teachers College Community School, where she founded the school’s library and library education program. Nora has a master’s degree in Library Science from Pratt Institute and a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College.

  • Dan Pasek

    Co-Founder

    Dan leverages over three decades of experience in education to guide charter school boards and their leaders through crucial conversations that shape the future of their schools. In addition to holding permanent New York State certifications as a district superintendent, district business official, building principal and K-12 guidance counselor, Dan has a Masters in Education from SUNY Oneonta and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from The University at Albany.

  • Violet Cole

    Accountability Manager

    Violet Cole supports school accountability at Impact Charters, where she has been a member of the team since 2021. Violet’s background includes working for the Coalition for Independent Charter Schools as well as teaching experience in Brooklyn. Violet has a bachelor's degree from Vassar College.
